President/Co-Founder

Bryan is a seasoned Certified Community Association Manager, bringing an impressive 23-year track record of leadership, management, operations, and financial expertise to our team. Bryan has dedicated himself to the exclusive management of homeowners, condominium, and property owner associations for over 15 years. His unique perspective and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset in the field. Additionally, Bryan holds a Degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), showcasing his well-rounded approach to community management. His wealth of experience and commitment to excellence make him an ideal leader of our team.

 

Shauna Chan

Controller/Co-Founder

Shauna is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience successfully managing small businesses. Her journey has equipped her with a wealth of experience that she now brings to the forefront as the leader of our financial management team. Shauna spearheads our team providing external financial reporting and implements critical accounting policies and procedures. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shauna is a dedicated advocate for community service. She has lent her expertise to multiple non-profit boards, demonstrating her commitment to giving back. Shauna holds a BFA from the University of Oklahoma and is actively working towards achieving her Community Association Financial Management (CAFM) accreditation from the California Association of Community Managers. Her passion for financial management and her dedication to community service make her a true asset to our team.

 

Chandra Pesheck

Director of Operations

Chandra brings over 30 years of experience in strategic development, leadership, operations and logistics in both the private sector and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining our team, she most recently worked in land development and managed entitlements for high profile urban infill projects. Outside of work, and when she isn’t exploring distant lands, Chandra is actively engaged in her community, working closely with local law enforcement and neighborhood service groups. Chandra is a Certified Community Association Manager (CACM). She holds a BA from Occidental College and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Pepperdine University with specializations in Economics and Regional Policy.

 

Erika Miller

Community Services Coordinator

Prior to joining our team, Erika worked in digital marketing and project management. She provides administrative support across all departments and her versatility and resourcefulness have proven to be an invaluable asset. Erika serves as a board member for the VA Los Angeles Research Committee and holds a BA in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge.

 

Marina Wills

Assistant Community Manager

Marina has recently attained the Essentials of Community Management Certificate from the Community Association Institute. Prior to joining NCM, Marina was the Assistant Manager for a Greystar Community in Boston, MA and has held administrative and accounting positions in a boutique London based law firm specializing in conveyancing. Marina holds a BA in Property & Business from Westminster University in London.

 

Jo Bennett

Assistant Financial Manager

Jo comes to us with over 17 years of banking experience. Her journey began as a teller, where she developed her path upward to become a Lending and Collections Analyst, showcasing her dedication and commitment to her field. Currently serving as the Assistant Financial Manager for NCM, Jo works closely with the Controller, actively contributing to the day-to-day accounting functions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jo enjoys reading, volunteering at her daughter’s school and watching her son play baseball. Her multifaceted background and passion for both work and family life make her an exceptional addition to the NCM team.

 

Neil Gumapac

Assistant Community Manager

Neil is an Assistant Community Manager with over 7 years of experience in sales and customer service. He served as a supervisor at one of the largest travel companies in the United States and embarked on his HOA journey by offering exceptional customer support with a management company in Northern California. Neil holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the esteemed University of Bohol in the Philippines. His exceptional communication skills, comprehensive understanding of customer needs, and unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch service set him apart.
